Ultrasound Fellow- Emergency Medicine

The DHMC Emergency Department is currently recruiting an Ultrasound Fellow to work clinically and help support the department's emergency medicine residency and medical student teaching mission. As part of its recruitment process the emergency department is committed to continued expansion of its ultrasound operations through the emergency ultrasound fellowship. DHMC ultrasound fellowship responsibilities include: weekly QA video review, resident lectures/workshops/scanning shifts, interdepartmental/regional ultrasound training, and medical student ultrasound instruction. Successful applicants will have a strong interest in ultrasound and its multiple uses within the hospital setting. This is a 1-year Fellowship.

Ideal candidates will have:

BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
Demonstrated commitment to teaching residents, ED staff and medical students.
Eligibility for appointment to the staff at D-H and the faculty of the Geisel School of Medicine.
Demonstrated commitment to providing the highest quality and cost-efficient emergency medical care.
