Urologist – Men’s Health

Dartmouth Health (DH) is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to assume the leadership of the Men’s Health portion of our Urology program. The position will be based at both Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC), our academic medical center in Lebanon, NH, and New London Hospital (NLH) in New London, NH, which are located in the scenic Upper Valley of New Hampshire. The successful candidate will join the Dartmouth Health system Urology as director of the Men’s Health Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, and an affinity for collaboration with primary care providers, and referring urologists. The candidate will have the optional opportunity to participate and collaborate in our active gender affirming care surgery program.
DHMC has a strong commitment to medical education, and the successful candidate will be expected to be actively involved in medical student and resident education, and research. Our Urology residency program trains two residents per year. Excellence in communication and a track record of impeccable professionalism are of paramount importance.
Academic appointments commensurate with experience will be awarded by the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Engagement in academic and didactic opportunities at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center is strongly encouraged.

Required Licensure/Certifications:
- MD, DO, or equivalent degree
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology. Candidates must have completed or will soon complete training in Urology in an ACGME-accredited residency
- Completion of a Men’s Health fellowship is preferred
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of New Hampshire

Founded in 1918, New London Hospital is a nonprofit, 25-bed critical access hospital serving 15 communities in the Mt. Kearsarge/Lake Sunapee region of central New Hampshire. NLH provides primary care, emergency, and specialized clinical services in a patient- and family-centered environment.
