Headache Neurologist Jobs

The Department of Neurology is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate to join our headache team.

This position is based at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) located in Lebanon, NH. DHMC is New Hampshire’s only Level 1 trauma center and serves over 2 million people throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. DHMC was named New Hampshire’s Best Hospital (2025-2026) by U.S. News & World Report.

Overview:

  • Outpatient position
  • No nights, weekends, or call
  • Collaborate with fellowship-trained physicians and a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive strategies
  • Academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College

Requirements:

  • National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate
  • Ability to obtain/maintain licensure in New Hampshire and Vermont
  • At least two years of clinical headache experience
  • Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
