Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic is seeking an associate provider (nurse practitioner, physician assistant) with a strong interest and background in Cardiology, who will provide and coordinate the general care and education of cardiac patients in the hospital and outpatient settings.This position functions as a primary provider in the care of patients in the inpatient cardiovascular unit under the direct supervision and support of a cardiologist. The scope of practice also includes a teaching role and participation in quality improvement activities. The
provider will also participate in the care of ambulatory clinic patients. Weekend rotation included approximately every four weeks.

Requirements for Nurse Practitioners:
• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• NCCPA certification or board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Requirements for Physician Assistants:
• Current (or eligible) certification to practice as a Physician's Assistant in the state of New Hampshire.
• Academic preparation at the Master's level preferred.
