Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center’s Department of Anesthesiology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their team within the Perioperative Care Clinic to improve patient surgical outcomes and satisfaction regarding their perioperative experience. This provider will be responsible for assessing patients’ physical and psychosocial health status in advance of surgery by conducting a pre-anesthetic evaluation, educating patients about their day-of-surgery experience, addressing questions about anesthesia and pain management, coordinating care among health providers to ensure patients are well-optimized, discussing individualized perioperative risks, and engaging patients to participate actively in their care. This provider will work closely with other healthcare providers to provide a team based, high-value quality care to patients of all ages within an academic setting where teaching and learning is central to our work and mission.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.

Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
